Pescii supports small office / home office (SOHO) & small, medium & micro enterprise (SMME) business through on-site computer support within the Durban, KZN area. We supply new computer equipment, perform computer upgrades & maintenance, IT consultation, malware / spyware & virus removal and able to fill a host of other IT support related functions.  If your office machines are not performing as they should, it affects your productivity; Pescii is able to rapidly diagnose what is required to get you back on track.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLA)

The on-site support services are also available on contact. You may elect to enter into an agreement with Pescii Computer Solutions which will afford you a set number of hours, quicker response times and a more cost-effective level of support. Service Level Agreements may be structured to your exact needs to include the services you require and may run on contact for periods of 3 months or greater.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

As your computer system ages, it becomes slower and slower.  There are a few factors which lead to degraded computer support; this might be as a result of a dust build-up inside your computers which increases the running temperature and slows overall system performance. The scattering and corruption of files may also slow overall system performance as your computer struggles to retrieve the information it needs as it operates.

Pescii offers a maintenance contract which see’s us visiting these computers on a monthly basis to clean them out, and to run file-system optimisation tools in order for your to leverage the best computer performance for your systems.
