We supply new computer equipment, perform computer upgrades & maintenance, IT consultation, malware / spyware & virus removal and able to fill a host of other IT support related functions. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLA)
The on-site support services are also available on contact. You may elect to enter into an agreement with Pescii Computer Solutions which will afford you a set number of hours, quicker response times and a more cost-effective level of support. Service Level Agreements may be structured to your exact needs to include the services you require and may run on contact for periods of 3 months or greater.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
As your computer system ages, it becomes slower and slower. There are a number of factors which lead to degraded computer performance; Pescii is able to create a maintenance agreement to fulfill a number of maintenance orientated processes on your computers on a regular basis. Maintain computers to leverage the best computer performance for your systems.
